Medical Release and Emergency Contact Form
As with all Science Zone classes and activities, scholarships and financial aid are available. If you'd like to apply for a scholarship, click the button below to learn more.
When you register your camper, you will be required to fill out a Medical Release and Emergency Contact form. If you missed it, or there are any issues, you can find a link to the form here!
Camp starts at 9 am, and our doors will open at 8:45. Please make sure to accompany your camper into the museum and sign them in! Camp ends at 3 pm.
Please provide your camper with a packed lunch and a water bottle.
