Letter from the Director

Dear Science Enthusiasts,

You are of the utmost importance to The Science Zone family. With the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic facing our world, we are taking steps to ensure your family is safe while visiting The Science Zone.

Based upon research and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization(WHO), our board of directors, and medical professionals, we are requiring masks for all visitors ages 2 and up until further notice to slow the spread of this virus.

We have an opportunity as a community to educate ourselves and take responsible actions to slow the transmission of this virus. Researchers and scientists around the world are providing new information daily. It is up to us as responsible community leaders to make the best decisions we can with the information at hand.

Washing your hands, not touching your face, getting vaccinated, and remaining home if you are feeling sick are all simple steps each of us can take to slow the transmission of this virus. As this situation evolves, we will do our best to ensure you’re updated on all things ‘Science Zone’ through social media, website, & our periodical.
